 Terms & Conditions

 All of the items are on PRE-ORDER basis.
 For IN-STOCK items, please click here.
 All our products are imported directly from Hong Kong, Taiwan & Japan.
 Prices are inclusive of shipping fees.
 Apparels are in free size unless otherwise stated.
NO discount / refund / exchange policies.
We will only place an order only after you make your payment.
 Apparels/Shoes will arrive approx. 14 - 21 working days after the pre-order ended.
 Accessories/Cosmetics will arrive approx. 5 - 10 working days after the pre-order ended.
 You can check the status of your order on the right column of the page under ''PO Status''.
Please understand that whereby sometimes there will be unexpected errors which will cause longer waiting time. But don't worry if such things occur, I'll inform you. 
 All goods will be inspected and could NOT be exchanged or refunded.
Please clarify all doubts before confirmation as we will NOT be responsible for any miscommunication.
If whereby the item you ordered is out of stock, a full refund will be made.
 Please take note that once payment is made, there will NOT be any changes in order.
 If you want to cancel your order, kindly inform me before the pre-order end, else will be regarded as dead buyer and will be blacklisted.

 

Payment

Full Payment to be made via POSB Savings (126-73267-8) transfer within 3 days (payment later than that will not be accepted and order will be considered cancelled).
 Please notify me by email after your transfer upon confirmation.

 

Postage

 Please make postage fee payment AFTER stocks arrival.
 Postage fee will be charge according to weight.
 Example, an average piece of top weighs around 200g depending on the material.

 Strictly follow the services below ONLY.

Normal Postage; 
< 40g -----------> $0.50
41g to 100g -----> $0.80
101g to 250g ----> $1.00
251g to 500g ----> $1.50
501g to 1kg -----> $2.55
1.1kg to 2kg ----> $3.35

Registered Postage; 
-Additional of $2.24 + Normal Postage Fee 

Courier Service (Weight between..); 
2.1kg - 4kg --->$5 / $6 / $7 (depending on areas)

Meet up (Weight over..); 
4.1kg & above --> (subject to seller's convenience; only Toa Payoh/Raffles Place MRT)
